Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation according to our policies. Trailer rentals canceled more than 72 hours before pickup/delivery get a full refund, 72–24 hours get 50% refund, and less than 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Camper rentals canceled more than 28 days in advance get full refund, 28–7 days get 50%, and less than 7 days or no-shows are non-refundable. Early returns do not qualify for refunds. Rentals proceed rain or shine; severe weather may allow reschedule. Delivery issues or no-shows are non-refundable. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable on all cancellations.
